Delivery Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand.

1. Shipping Rates
  • All Orders: $9.99 flat rate.
  • Promotional Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer site-wide or item-specific Free Shipping as part of a promotional event. Please check our website banners or promotional emails for active offers.

Please note: For deliveries to outer islands (e.g., Chatham, Stewart, Waiheke, etc.), we reserve the right to apply a shipping surcharge. We will contact you via our Contact Us form for your approval before dispatching your order.

2. Delivery Times
  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3–5 business days.
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 5 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates only. While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

3. Delivery Method & Requirements
  • Couriers: We utilize professional courier services for all deliveries. All shipments include tracking.
  • Address Requirements: We deliver to physical residential or business addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Signature & Safe Drop: If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place at their discretion or provide instructions for re-delivery or collection.
4. Missed Deliveries

If your delivery is missed, options may include:

  • Collection from a local courier depot or designated point.
  • Re-direction to an alternative address.
  • Scheduling a re-delivery.
    Please note: Available options depend on the specific courier service used.
5. Order Processing & Availability
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will confirm receipt and begin processing it on the next business day.
  • Out of Stock Items: If we are unable to supply an item or anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to cancel the affected part of your order for a full refund (including applicable shipping costs).
  • Liability: MMS Socks is not liable for damages, costs, or expenses incurred due to delivery delays or unfulfilled orders beyond our control.
