Where is my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it and are processing it.

Orders are delivered by NZ Post, and standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Rural delivery can take up to an extra 5 business days.

Can I change my address once I have placed my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team via email or our Contact Us form as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. Please ensure all your details are correct before finalising your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team via email or our Contact Us form as soon as possible with your order number.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Policy to send the items back to us once they arrive.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Please note that tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched. If your tracking status remains blank after this period, it may be due to one of the following:

  • Carrier Delays: The courier may have scanned your package, but the information is not yet reflected in their online system.
  • System Processing: The tracking number has been generated, but the package has not yet reached the first sorting facility.

If it has been more than 3 business days since you received your shipping confirmation and there is still no status update, please contact our Customer Service team via email or our Contact Us form with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the courier for you.

Can I change my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team via email or our Contact Us form as soon as possible with your order number and the details of the changes you would like to make.

We can only modify an order (such as changing the shipping address or updating the items) if it has not yet been processed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to make any changes. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your checkout.
